服務流程

SERVICE

STEP1

運用平面圖或空間照片(拍攝各空間視角照片),透過線上洽談 - 初步溝通需求、風格

Online communication with floor plan, pictures…etc. for your needs and design styles.

STEP2

現場丈量 - 專案會自備酒精、口罩,並使用防疫軟體 (臺灣社交距離App)記錄人員安全狀態,讓彼此安心

Property measurement: we will use sanitizer, face masks and use Taiwan Social Distancing APP to ensure ours and customer’s health environment.

STEP3

依據客戶需求,進行空間配置與預算概估

First discussion: provide rough design and cost estimation report.

STEP4

提供初步平面圖與風格簡報

Second discussion: provide entire design and formal quotation.

STEP5

簽訂合約

Sign up the (Design) contract

STEP6

現場放樣驗收、 空氣品質監測

Property floor plan layout acceptance and air quality check.

STEP7

驗收後七日內(配合現場狀況)開工

Begin construction within seven days after the acceptance.

STEP8

施工過程定期會面、工程照片定期上傳 、疫情期間 - 定期審核廠商是否使用防疫軟體 (臺灣社交距離App)

Regular meetings and pictures uploading.
During pandemic, mandatory asking all workers to install
“Taiwan Social Distancing APP”.

STEP9

木作完工驗收

Carpentry acceptance.

STEP10

完工交屋驗收、 空氣品質監測

Final Walkthrough and air quality check.

STEP11

提供保固一年
(填寫線上客服滿意調查表,保固為兩年)

Basic: One year warranty
Advance: Two year warranty
(Fill the Customer Satisfaction Survey Form)
